This is my first beauty haul! yay! Let's see what I bought during the first month of the year.

Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micellar Water
How great this product is? I just love it so much I think everyone does. This is my second bottle.

Caudalie Vinosperfect Radiance Serum
I've heard so many good reviews about this and I decided to get it. I bought it for those annoying acne marks, so far I'm happy with it but I still have to use it a little bit longer.

Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm
It's the most strange lip balm I've ever tried! but it is really good! review coming soon.

Chanel Le Crayon Khol in Clair
I love it!! Perfect nude color for the water line. I use this everyday and stays for long! It comes with a little sharpener engraved with the Chanel logo, how cool is that? :)

Dior Addict Lip Glow
OMG! This is so cool! the best purchase ever. I'm preparing a review about this along with the Blush of the same collection. Seriously this is a must have!

Korres Lip Butter in Jasmine
Another great product, perfect lip butter! Review here.

Lancome Vernis in Love in Miss Coquelicot
One of the best red nail polish I've ever tried. Review here.

Mac Blush in Well Dressed
This was in my wishlist for such a long time, so was about time to get it!! It is a really pretty and flattering color.

Burberry Light Glow Natural Blush in Earthy
Great discovery, it gives the most perfect contouring. Review here.

Hope you enjoyed!
Lots of love.

I’m obsessed with Burberry cosmetics. They look so attractive in their packaging so bright and luxury and so far I’m listening just good opinions about them.
I purchased this blush as a product to contour my cheekbones, and it didn't disappoint me. It has this taupe color it's so appropriate to girls with light complexions. It gives the most natural shadow to your cheeks. A perfect contouring!

·         It is a matte grayish brown with a hint of mauve.
·         It gives a more subtle and less warm contouring.
·         Use it just like a touch of blush, perfect to match with bright lips.
·         Good pigmentation, you can built it up easily.
·         Have the most perfect packaging.  Very Burberry style. So luxurious!
·         The texture is divine: very silky which is very easy to blend and work with. Long lasting.

The brush that comes with, is not really bad, it has very soft bristles.

Where to get it?
In their official website, here.  In Milano you will find a Burberry stand at “La Rinascente”, where I got mine, the price tag, 36 euros and it contains 7g.

BEST BUDGET PRODUCT (I): Korres Lip Butter

Monday, 28 January 2013

I had to share this, they're amazing! They were such a discovery!
Everything started after I bumped in some positive reviews about those, so I decided to give them a try and I’m so glad I did.

My first purchase was the Wild rose one, a deep berry red color with rose smell.
Recently I got the jasmine scent one, a neutral pink color and I’m in love with too.

  • Very creamy
  • Shiny finish
  • Leaves your lips deeply moisturized
  • Formulated without parabens, petrochemicals, synthetic fragrances..
  • Hint of color
  • Long lasting
  • Variety of colors/scents

The Korres Lip Butters come in a little jar where you have to dip your finger into, not something that a lot of people like.
You can choose from a variety of colors/scents, I got the wild rose here and the jasmine one here. The price tag is around 6£/8 euros.

I’m always researching for the perfect red nail polish. I can’t live without a red lacquer, it is the most classy and gorgeous thing ever!
It is not an easy task, until now all the shades that I’ve found they were too orange, too pink or too dark.
The other day at Sephora a sale assistant showed me this Lancôme’s nail polish and I got amazed, this could be the perfect red!
After the Rouge in love lip collection, Lancôme launched the Vernis in love collection available in 22 shades (at least in Italy).  The curious fact about this is that all the shades are identified with a number and a letter. Each letter corresponds to a mood (what does it mean?), there are 3 of them:
  • (M) Jolis Matins: Fresh shades for daytime wear.
  • (B) Boudoir Time: Pop shades for cocktail hour.
  • (N) Tonight is My Night: Intense shades for magical nights.

The red shade I’m talking about is called Miss Coquelicot  (154 M) oh la la, everything sounds better in French! :)

  •  It is a really classic red. Not too yellow and not too pink tone, it’s a true red.
  •  Very easy and fast application thanks to a wide brush that expands outwards.
  •  Great coverage (I’m wearing just one coat).
  •  Dries fast.
  •  Shiny and glossy effect. (I’m also wearing top coat).
  •  Long lasting: up to 5 days without chipping.

So far what I don’t like it’s the bottle, too small! It contains just 6 ml (An Essie polish has 13,5 ml) However this size is perfect for travelling or for carrying it in your bag.

Where to get it? Almost everywhere, online or in Lancôme counters. In Milano you can find it in Sephora, Coin or La Rinascente. I got mine at Sephora for 17 euros.
