I recently discovered these highlighters crayons from Essence Cosmetics and I was sure since the beginning I had to include these in one of the best budget buy posts.
There are 3 different shades available but I got this one, the 02 Pearly, which is a pinky champagne colour, very pretty and flattering for all skin colours.
The texture is very soft and quite creamy that blends smoothly. It gives a very subtle sheen, it's not glittery or shimmery, it's really natural and leaves a nice sheen to the skin.
This jumbo pencil looks beautiful when you use it in the inner corners of your eyes and in the first half of the eyelid or all over, perfect to opens and brightens the eyes. Instantly makes you look fresh and awake. But this little thing is really versatile as well, you can use it as a base for your eye shadow or as face highlighter, adding a bit on the top of the cheekbones, under your brow bone or down the nose.
It's a really inexpensive highlighter pencil that it's perfect for everyday use when you don't want nothing to shimmery or obvious. It's also great for young girls and people that are just starting with make-up.
There is a shade called Nude, an opaque version that could be a good dupe for the Benefit Eye Bright Pencil which I showed you in the picture above.
Have you tried this product by Essence?
Have a lovely day everyone!

Ohh love the look of this! I've really been enjoying using pencils just as like a very thick eyeliner and into the inner corner. Will need to find this one as looks like a bargain x
