Top 10 Products of 2014
A round up of all my favourites products from the whole year. I love each of them and have used them all consistently this past year. Whether there were new releases or new to me these are the best products of 2014 that I've tried.
Garnier Miracle Skin Cream
I was totally amazed when I tried this for the first time! This tinted cream has a light texture, it's easy to apply and blend onto the skin living a natural look with a lovely healthy glow. It instantly gives a flawless skin tone, reducing the appearance of the pores and fine lines. A big plus for the SPF20. A must try.
Lush Big Shampoo
This is a sea salt and clarifying shampoo used for a deep cleansing to remove any buildup. I use this one time per week and my hair comes out super shiny, clean and with a lot of volume. Plus smells incredible, so fresh and clean.
The Body Shop Honey Bronzing Powder
The only bronzer I have used this year. It is completely matte and you can contour and do bronzing without looking too obvious. The formula is amazing, silky touch and apply nicely.
Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Powder
I love how this sets the foundation leaving a lovely finish, leaves the skin with a glowy, fresh effect which I love. It adds a bit of coverage but not too much.
Essie Eternal Optimistic
It's a gorgeous dusty pink, which looks so beautiful on the nails. I do also love the name, and this makes me happy when I wear it, is this weird?
Kiko Kiss Balms
A big discovery this year! These lip balms are slightly tinted with a fruity scent and SPF15. The colors of the collection are beautiful, they last for long on keeping your lips hydrated.
Maybelline Fit me Concealer & L'Oreal Lumi Magique
Fit me Concealer is probably one of the best drug stores concealers, it has a pretty good coverage, the consistency is very creamy and it blends really well. L'Oreal Lumi Magique Pencil is a must have. It has a light coverage but it works perfectly as an instant under eye brightener. The formula is really nice, smooth, easy to blend and gives a lovely and subtle highlighting.
Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil Eyeshadow 611 Yogurt
The Jumbo Eye Pencil that everyone should own. This lovely shimmery champagne/peachy pink pencil brighten the eyes so much. It's creamy, last all the day and it's so inexpensive.
Origins GinZing Moisturiser
This has a light texture and it absorbs quickly. It feels really nice and fresh on the skin. It smells incredible too, with a very citrus, orangey scent.
Anastasia Beverlly Hills Brow Wiz
Best Eyebrow Pencil Ever. It goes on smooth and not harsh at all. Gives your brows nice definition but the finish is still natural. The spoolie in the end is very good as well. I also love that it comes in a variety of colors, it was easy finding one to match my brows!
I'd really like to try the Lush shampoo!
